Introducing Adaptive Interviews: One Pipeline, Every Expert
A single interview pipeline that adapts to who is actually on the call — role-aware questioning, your own pre-call screening as a gate, one call instead of two, native-language coverage. Configuration only.

Today we're introducing Adaptive Interviews — one interview pipeline that adapts to who is actually on the call, instead of one script straining to cover everyone.
Until now, running expert interviews at scale forced a trade-off: write one prompt broad enough for every kind of expert and ask shallow questions of all of them, or maintain a separate project per role and still not know who you'll get until the call starts. Adaptive Interviews removes the trade-off.
What it is
Under the hood this is a multi-agent capability: an entry agent runs the start of the call, and based on what the expert says it silently hands the conversation to a specialist agent — same voice, no re-introduction, no break the expert can perceive. From the expert's side it is one continuous conversation that simply asks the right questions. From your side it is one pipeline that contains the depth you'd otherwise scatter across many.
It is configuration only. You set it up in the dashboard — no engineering, no new integration.
What it unlocks
Role-adaptive interviews. The conversation profiles the expert at the start and continues on a line of questioning matched to who they actually are — a sales leader and an engineer get different, deeper questions inside the same pipeline. One instrument to maintain instead of one per role.
Your pre-call screening, as a gate. You define the screening questions and the pass / hold / reject rules. The agent asks them first and only continues into the substantive interview if your own criteria are met — otherwise the call ends at screening, and whether the handoff happened is itself the record.
InsightAgent isn't a compliance product. You define your screening questions and rules; the interview agent follows them as a gate before the conversation proceeds, and the handoff is your audit trail.
One call, not two — in any language. When an expert clears your vetting questions, the same call continues straight into the full interview; no second session to schedule, no expert lost in between. And the interview continues in the expert's own language with a locale-tuned script, not an English questionnaire translated live.
Who it's for
Adaptive Interviews is built for the teams already running expert interviews at scale across our customer base — expert networks vetting and delivering to clients, research firms running channel checks and deep dives, and in-house diligence teams at funds and advisory firms. If your experts span roles, languages, or compliance regimes, one pipeline now adapts to all of them.
